ZMS Cable uses MDCV technology, the conductor cross-section is 800mm2, Milliken-sector conductor structure (800mm2 split conductor structure above), the nominal thickness of the insulation layer 35.6mm, metal sleeve welded flat aluminum sleeve, the outer sheath of flame-retardant PE material & seni-conducting coate layer, So the production is sperpentine layout to control the quality ;
Metal welding flat aluminum sheath as below :
The metal strip is laid parallel to the axis of the cable in horizontal direction. The edge of the aluminum strip is cut to make the surface clean and precise. The aluminum strip is formed through a series of plastic molds with the same diameter as the cable. The cable is guided by the mold without touching the aluminum strip. The aluminum strip is shaped until its edge snaps onto the cable and under some pressure, the seam is welded with a laser beam, the weld is inspected by the camera, the weld quality control system detects any defect by means of eddy currents, the weld passes through a series of dies Shrinkage, cables and tubes are then pulled through the crawler equipment, which controls the overall line speed.

1, Copper conductor → conductor shield → Insulation → Insulation shield → Expansion tape → Copper wire → Anti-bar copper tape → Expansion tape → Aluminum tape → PE sheath
2, copper conductor → conductor shield → insulation → insulation shield → semi-conductive belt → aluminum strip → PE outer sheath
3, Copper conductor → conductor shield → Insulation → Insulation shield → Expansion tape and copper shield → Expansion tape → Aluminum cover / (lead) tape → PE outer sheath
