The ADB Bank has lent $260 million to help Pakistan upgrade its transmission system.
Pakistan has signed a $260m loan agreement with the Asian development bank ADB to improve its domestic transmission system.
The Asian development bank said Pakistan affairs official, the Asian development bank is committed to bilateral cooperation, to help Pakistan build a more comprehensive, more powerful, more intelligent and friendly environment of the transmission system.
The loan will be used to expand the 220KV transmission line connecting sindh and baluchistan and upgrade existing monitoring and data acquisition systems and metering systems.
