Overhead 3 Core Aerial Bundled Cable With XLPE Insulated Triplex Service Drop
The triplex cables are suitable for use as drop cable from a pole-mounted transformer,to the service entrance of a structure,or as secondary distribution between poles. The cables should be limited to the voltage of 600 volts phase-to-phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75°C for polyethylene insulated conductors or 90°C for crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated conductors.
1.The Type of ABC Cable?
Single core
Two core(Duplex Service Drop)
Three core(Triplex Service Drop)
Four core(Quadruplex Service Drop)
2.Rated Voltage:
Low voltage with 0.6/1kv and 6/10kv
3.Insulation Material:
Common use the XLPE,or can use the PVC/HDPE/PE as customer's demands.
4.What is The Aerial Bundled Cable?
Aerial Bundled Cables(also Aerial Bundled Conductors or simply ABC) are overhead power lines using several insulated phase conductors bundled tightly together, usually with a bare neutral conductor. This contrasts with the traditional practice of using uninsulated conductors separated by air gaps. This variation of overhead power lines utilizes the same principles are bundled conductors, expect that they are closer together to the point of touching but each conductor is surrounded by an insulating layer(except for the neutral line).
Standard:ASTM B230, B231, B232,B399,B498, ICEA S-76-474 Standard
The phase conductors are concentrically stranded compressed 1350-H19 aluminum and insulated polyethylene or crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE), The neutral messengers are concentrically stranded AAC, ACSR, or 6201 aluminum alloy.
